Why your data matters

Robin answers based on what you provide. If something is not in your data, Robin cannot give a specific answer about it. The more complete your information, the more specific Robin helps.

Checklist: what to provide

Start with these five parts:

  • Program: sessions with times, rooms, titles and a short description.
  • Speakers: name, role, topic and which session they speak in.
  • Venue: address, rooms, floor plan, cloakroom, restrooms and accessibility.
  • Practical info: catering, parking, public transport, wifi and contact people.
  • FAQ: the questions attendees ask you every year, with the answer.

Which format

Keep information grouped by topic and use clear headings. Write times and room names the same way everywhere. That way Robin never meets two versions of the same fact.

Update your data when something changes, for example a moved session. Robin then works with the latest information.
