Using Robin at multi-day events

Structure per day

Add the date to every session, not just the time. That way Robin knows whether 'tomorrow at 10:00' means day two or day three.

Extra information that counts

Over several days attendees ask more often about:

• Hotels, shuttles and departure times.
• Evening program and dinners.
• Changes compared to the previous day.
• Where to leave luggage on the last day.

Update daily

Plan a short moment at the end of each day to update your data. Moved sessions or new speakers are then correct in Robin the next morning.
