How attendees open Robin: no app, just a QR code

Robin works in the phone's browser. No app download is needed. Attendees open Robin through a URL or by scanning a QR code.

Where to share the QR code

Make sure attendees see the code at moments when they have a question:

• In the confirmation email and the last reminder before the event.
• On banners at the entrance and the registration desk.
• On the screen in the room between sessions.
• On table cards during lunch and drinks.

Announce Robin

Have the host mention Robin briefly at the start, with one sample question. A concrete example makes it easier to ask the first question.
