Attendees ask their question in plain language and get an answer right away, based on the information you as the organizer provide.

What Robin does

Robin helps in two ways:

  • Practical questions: when does the last train leave, what is the catering, where is room X, when does the next session start.
  • Personal advice: which workshops fit you and who you could network with.

Behind the scenes

Robin uses several AI tools behind the scenes. The foundation is your event data: program, speakers, venue, practical info and FAQ. The more information you provide, the more specific Robin helps.
